Pine Residence | Tampa Waterfront Home Renovation

The Pine project is a waterfront Tampa home renovation designed around light. The palette stays soft and neutral so the water, the palms and the pool do the work, and the interiors read calm from room to room.

The kitchen mixes white cabinetry with warm wood, a full marble slab behind the range, a brass pot filler and unlacquered brass faucets. A wood island with upholstered stools sits at the center, and a built in office nearby pairs white cabinetry with a black stone counter and sculptural black chairs.

Bedrooms keep to upholstered headboards, plantation shutters and layered neutrals. The baths run in gray marble with brass fittings, a freestanding tub and a glass shower, while a powder room in dramatic black and white marbled wallpaper with an arched gold mirror gives the house one bold moment.

Outside, the pool terrace and covered lounge keep the whole plan pointed at the water.
