AVILA BLVD

Avila Blvd Residence | Tampa Primary Suite by Mandy Drew
The Avila Blvd project is a Tampa primary suite renovation built around light. Arched garden windows wrap the bath, so the marble, the oak and the greenery outside all read as one calm, connected space.
The bath runs in soft veined marble from the floors to the shower wing, where double arched openings frame a walk-in shower and a private water closet. A freestanding tub sits in the corner under the windows, paired with a sculptural side stool and unlacquered brass fittings.
White oak vanities warm up the stone: a long double vanity on one wall and a dedicated makeup station on the other, each topped in marble with brass sconces and framed mirrors. Off the suite, a paneled dining room in creamy neutrals with sculptural chairs carries the same quiet palette into the rest of the home.
