Snapper Pointe Residence | Westshore Tampa Home by Mandy Drew

The Snapper Pointe residence is a Westshore Tampa home built around contrast: bright, airy family spaces on one side, and a moody entertaining wing that gives the house its personality.

The showpiece is the bar. A full wall of antiqued mirror and brass shelving sits behind a marble counter with waterfall edges, framed by substantial marble columns and lit by a glass bubble chandelier over swivel counter stools. Around the corner, a lounge wrapped in slatted walnut paneling pairs caramel leather chairs with a low round table for cards and cocktails.

The rest of the home stays light: a two-story foyer with an iron-railed staircase and sculptural pendant, a paneled dining room in soft neutrals, and family spaces that keep sightlines open for a busy household.
