Carolina Ave Residence | St. Petersburg Home by Mandy Drew

The Carolina Ave residence is a St. Petersburg home designed around contrast: crisp white architecture, warm wood and confident black accents that give every room a tailored edge.

The kitchen anchors the main floor with black glass-front cabinetry, brass hardware and a marble backsplash, while a black fringe chandelier over the dinette keeps the mood playful. Off the living room, a mirrored bar with glass shelving turns a simple passthrough into a jewel box.

The family room layers caramel leather seating, linen and a bubble chandelier over a relaxed sectional, and the floating white staircase with a grand piano tucked beside it makes the entry feel like a gallery. The primary bath finishes the home in veined marble with brass fittings and a freestanding tub.
