Campbell Residence | Tampa Home Renovation

The Campbell residence is a whole home Tampa renovation built on contrast. Crisp white millwork and black cabinetry are warmed by white oak, unlacquered brass and heavily veined stone, so every room feels connected without repeating itself.

The kitchen is the anchor. A full height marble slab backsplash runs behind a stainless hood, framed by black upper cabinets and open white oak shelving. A white oak island sits against white perimeter cabinetry, and slim brass hardware keeps the detailing quiet. The adjoining dining area carries the same restraint with a black table, cane back chairs and pale oak floors.

The bathrooms are where the house has fun. A powder room is wrapped in soft pink patterned wallpaper with brass fittings and a sculptural mirror. The primary bath pairs walnut vanities with dark honed stone and arched mirrors, while a secondary bath goes deep green in glazed tile with a black vanity and a round mirror. A freestanding tub sits on patterned tile beneath a brass floor filler.

Together the rooms read as one house with several moods, which is what a room by room renovation is meant to deliver.
