Parilla Residence | Tampa Home Renovation

The Parilla residence is a whole-home Tampa renovation built on crisp white millwork, warm wood and confident accents of color. In the dining room, full-height wainscoting and built-in glass-front cabinetry frame a reclaimed wood table and black upholstered chairs on brass bases, while a linear brass chandelier and soft abstract artwork keep the space elegant rather than formal.

The kitchen pairs white shaker cabinetry and quartz counters with an exposed brick range alcove, a warm and textural focal point in an otherwise pale room, and blue upholstered barstools tie it back to the palette used throughout the main living spaces.

In the living room, a navy velvet sofa anchors a neutral envelope beneath arched windows and coastal artwork. The primary bathroom layers marble and herringbone tile around a freestanding soaking tub, a glass-enclosed shower and plantation shutters, finished with a sculptural geometric pendant, while a navy vanity adds depth in the powder room.

A blush and gold children's room and a fireplace faced in dark chevron tile beneath a simple gray mantel round out a renovation that moves confidently between soft and graphic.
