Guisando is a large whole home Tampa renovation where every room is allowed its own personality while the materials keep the house tied together. Warm wood, deep blue, brass and natural texture repeat from the entry to the last bedroom.

The kitchen is the centerpiece. Navy base cabinets sit under white uppers, a wide arched wood range surround holds open shelving, and a full marble slab runs behind the range. A farmhouse sink, brass fittings, woven rattan pendants and counter stools soften the length of the island.

Elsewhere the house shifts mood room by room: a curved wood stair with a black metal rail, a dining room in slatted wood and dark ceiling, a green tile bar looking out to the pool, and baths that run from black herringbone tile with a gold mirror to blue patterned tile and a pink diamond tiled bath for the kids.

The bedrooms follow the same logic, from a chevron wood nursery wall to gold canopy beds against floral wallpaper.
