Millan Residence | Tampa Home Renovation

The Millan residence is a warm, material-driven Tampa renovation that leans on natural wood, veined stone and brass rather than color. In the kitchen, white oak cabinetry and a full-height stone slab backsplash sit beneath a planked ceiling, with brass fittings and slim hardware keeping the detailing quiet.

The quieter moments carry the same restraint. A fluted wood console pairs with brass starburst sconces and an arched mirror, while marble in herringbone and slab formats runs through the wet spaces.

The powder room takes the opposite approach and commits fully: a black and white botanical wallpaper wraps the walls, set against black hexagon tile and a brass faucet. Another bath layers black and white marble in bold stripes, and a blush secondary bathroom keeps things gentle for the rest of the house.

Together the rooms read as one project without repeating themselves, which is the point of a whole-home renovation designed room by room.
