Dale Ave Residence | Tampa Home Renovation

Dale Ave is a whole home Tampa renovation done in a relaxed coastal key. White millwork, wide plank floors and soft grays run through the house, with navy blue used sparingly as the anchor color.

The kitchen puts a navy island at the center of white perimeter cabinetry, with a farmhouse sink, quartz counters, glass pendants and paneled appliances. It opens straight into a living room with a shiplap media wall, a long console and seating that keeps the sight line to the lanai clear.

Upstairs the primary suite pairs a tufted headboard and mirrored nightstands with an orb chandelier, and the primary bath carries a freestanding tub, a glass shower and a long double vanity in marble. The secondary rooms take more risk, with botanical and floral wallpapers, a pale blue guest room and a navy mudroom of lockers and bench seating near the entry.

Outside, a screened lanai and paver deck wrap the pool, which is where the whole plan was pointed from the start.
