Carter Residence | Tampa Home Renovation

The Carter residence is a light, layered Tampa renovation. Soft whites and pale woods form the base, and color arrives through pattern, art and a few confident moments rather than through heavy finishes.

The entry sets the tone with an arched fluted console, a slim gold mirror and a black and white gallery wall. From there a brass and glass tiered chandelier drops through the stairwell against a deep navy accent, with a black metal railing running the length of the stair.

The primary bedroom stays quiet with crisp white bedding, light oak nightstands and graphic black and white pillows, leaving fresh flowers to do the accent work. A sitting room takes the opposite approach in botanical wallpaper with a pale blue sectional and a neon script sign, while the breakfast nook keeps things easy with a wood table and striped chairs.

The result is a family home that reads bright and calm without ever feeling flat.
