Cheval Residence | Tampa Bathroom Renovation

The Cheval project is a bright, classic Tampa bathroom renovation built almost entirely in white marble. The material does the heavy lifting, so the rooms stay calm while the detailing carries the personality.

Large format marble tile runs across the floors, the shower walls and the tub surround, broken up by inset panels of patterned relief tile that read as quiet ornament rather than contrast. Polished chrome cross handle faucets and traditional shaded sconces keep the fittings period appropriate.

The primary bath pairs a long white vanity with a seated makeup station, a corner soaking tub set under the window and a glass shower. A tall gilt framed mirror leans against the marble as the one ornate note in an otherwise restrained room.

The result is a bathroom suite that feels light and timeless rather than trend driven.
